Customer service is important to me. You may exchange or refund for any unworn shoes within 30 days of purchase. * As a small business I cannot accept anything beyond 30 days. As a provider of small batch items - Often sizing and designs are limited - Causing me to restock items I've removed from my website. Exchanges and returns cost me quite a bit, so it gets confusing and costly. I apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but no exceptions will be made. If shoes are too small or too big - Don't wait! I get requests 6 months past purchases. I know as a Mom things get hectic, but I just can no longer make exceptions.
